Vouchers are the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas or any special occasion and you can cut out delivery times with a digital voucher sent straight to your loved one. They are also ideal if you know you want to book, but you’re not quite sure on the date yet.

How long is my SCALE voucher valid?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


How can I book a CLIMB using a voucher? 

If you have been given a voucher for a SCALE activity, this will contain a voucher number and authorisation code which are needed to redeem the voucher and complete a booking. To book a SCALE activity using a voucher, please using the following instructions:

1. Use the booking site to view all available dates and times by clicking here

2. Once you have selected the desired Climb date & time and number of attendees required, you can add these to your basket. 

3. Next you will be required to select any additional activities you may wish to complete & add them to your basket. 

4. You can then select the 'REDEEM VOUCHER’ option and enter the voucher number and authorisation code and press ENTER'. 

5. Personal details can be entered and once completed, an e-ticket will be sent to the registered email address with full details of the booking and instructions for the day of the Climb itself. 

6. It is not necessary to print and show the e-ticket on arrival for the tour, but it would be beneficial to have it available on a smart phone or make a note of the reference number if required.



How do I add the ZIP and DROP?

Once you have selected the date and time of your CLIMB and added this to your basket, the following page will display the ZIPs and DROPs available. Due to capacities of ZIP and DROP being lower than the CLIMB, you may only find that one or neither of these are available to add to your CLIMB. In which case you will need to select a different date/time if you wish to complete all 3 activities.
