arrive late for my
activity?
All
activities follow a strict
timetable, so we recommend
that you plan your
journey to arrive 15
minutes before it is due
to start. If you are
running
late, please contact our

What
is your refund,
rescheduling and
cancellation
policy?
SCALE
operates a no-refund
policy. If we cancel your
SCALE Activity with less
than
50% of it completed, we
will reschedule your
booking to an alternative
date. If
you are unable to attend
on an alternative date, we
will offer you a full
refund.
What
happens in poor
weather conditions
(e.g. heavy rain,
strong
wind)?
We
keep
a close eye on the weather
and will let you know in
advance if we think it
might have an impact on
your reservation. For
safety reasons, we retain
the
right to cancel any of the
SCALE activities in the
event of adverse weather
conditions. If your SCALE
Activity is postponed due
to severe weather, we will
endeavour to reschedule
your booking to the next
available date that is
suitable to you.
Alternatively, we will
issue you with a full
refund.
What
happens if I
change my
mind?
Our
instructors are skilled in
supporting people who are
nervous. They will support
you to the best of their
ability and give you
positive encouragement to
go
ahead with your CLIMB, ZIP
or
DROP.
Unfortunately,
if you change your mind on
the day, you will not be
offered a
refund.
