If you’ve submitted your details then they will be automatically registered but you will not receive a confirmation email.
Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase for the upcoming Vodafone Summer Series fixtures?
You can purchase up to 8 tickets for each fixture.
What do I do when I’ve purchased tickets?
You will need to download the Principality Stadium Ticketing app, for details on how to do this please click here.
What details do I need to register on the app?
You will need an email address and the same phone number that you used to buy the tickets.
I need to change the details on my app account, how do I do this?

I’ve accidentally requested to delete my app account, what do I do?
If there are no tickets in your app then unfortunately the deletion process can't be reversed. Please wait for the account to be deleted and uninstall the app, then reinstall it and enter your details then it will re-register your account.
If you have tickets in your app, we will email you to confirm if you would like to go ahead with the app account deletion and we can stop the process.
When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets around 2 weeks before each fixture. If you haven’t received them by the week of the fixture please contact our Supporter Services team at email@example.com.
