When completing a ticket or membership purchase online using the WRU Official Online Ticket Office, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the registered email address. 

If you have not received your email confirmation, please check that the email has not been filtered into your junk or spam email folder by your email service provider. 

If the email does not appear in your junk or spam folder, it is possible to resend your email confirmation for your purchase using your online account. Full steps are listed below:

- Visit the WRU Official Online Ticket Office by clicking here.
- Click on the person emoticon at the top right hand corner of the website.
- Within the drop down box that appears, please click on ‘Purchase history’.
- This will display all ticket transactions made, you will need to choose the specific transaction and click the ‘Resend Email' tab.
- This will then forward a copy of the email confirmation to the email address that is registered on the E-Ticketing account.

Once the above steps have been completed, please allow up to 30 minutes for the email confirmation to be received.
