Tickets for all WRU events are sent no later than 7 days before each event.

If you have not received your tickets and the event is within 7 days, please contact our Supporter Services team by emailing customercare@wru.wales. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible regarding your booking, including the following:

  • Email address used when booking
  • Mobile number linked to your e-ticketing account
  • Block, Row & Seat information 
  • Booking reference number
  • Fixture name & date
Once provided, our Supporter Services team will look to respond as soon as possible.

Please note, if you require support on event day, our Supporter Services team are on hand at the WRU Ticket Office, located above the WRU Store on Westgate Street.
