For tickets purchased from the WRU either online, by phone or in person, you can upgrade the ticket from child to adult by contacting the ticket office directly either via email customercare@wru.wales or phone on 02920 822 432. We will need to cancel and refund the child ticket and then re-purchase this as an adult.
Please know the original purchaser will need to contact us to make this amendment.
If you have purchased a child ticket from a third party, please contact your ticket provider.
