For WRU controlled events at Principality Stadium, booking fees may apply to tickets purchased online. Where applicable, booking fees are charged per ticket as follows:

£1 per ticket: Tier 2 fixtures for WRU home international fixtures, Judgement Day, Wales under 20s home fixtures, Wales Women home fixtures & WRU community events.

£3 per ticket: Tier 1 fixtures for WRU home international fixtures.

For WRU controlled events, no booking fees will apply to tickets purchased in person from the WRU Ticket Office on Westgate Street or over the phone.

For third party events such as concerts, booking fees are agreed in conjunction with the event promoter and may apply to all purchases made for the event. Booking fees for third party events may vary depending on the nature of the event.

There will be no delivery charge when purchasing a new membership or renewing an existing membership as all membership prices are inclusive of postage and packaging.

We are currently only offering digital tickets for all upcoming WRU fixtures, all purchases are subject to a £1 fulfilment fee. If you have requested paper tickets for collection on the day of the fixture, the £1 fulfilment fee will still be applicable.
