Tickets are not available to purchase from Principality Stadium.

How many tickets can I purchase?
A purchase limit of 6 tickets per person/per household applies.
Age Restrictions
General Admission - No under 14s. Under 16s accompanied by an adult (18+).
Reserved Seating – Under 14s accompanied by an adult (18+). No under 5s.

Principality Stadium Makes Access More Inclusive with Nimbus Disability's Access Card.
We are now working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card technology in order to make ticketing and access to the stadium more inclusive for supporters with accessibility requirements.
Fans looking to purchase accessible tickets will need to already have a Principality Access Registration, or an Access Card and ensure you have linked your accounts.
If you haven't got either, you can register for FREE here, and once approved, you will then be able to link your account in readiness to purchase access tickets. You don't have to wait for on-sale, you can do this now!

Is there a specific Accessible Entrance?
There is an accessible entrance at each gate, please arrive through the gate advised on your ticket, our accessible stewarding team will be on to hand to assist as needed.
What is the Assistance Dog procedure?
Is there specific Blue Badge Disabled Parking?
A limited number of blue badge parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Customers must email customercare@wru.wales with their booking confirmation attached to request a parking space. Please note blue badge spaces are subject to availability and access to the car park will be impacted by the city centre road closures.
Are the drop off areas close to Principality Stadium?
The stadium sits within a council mandated road closure, therefore drop off areas are not directly on the stadium footprint. For gates 5/6/7 the closest areas are on The Taff Embankment or Tudor Street. For gates 1/2/3 the closest area is at Sophia Gardens on Cathedral Road.
How close is Taxi Access?
The closest taxi rank is located on St Mary Street.
Does Principality Stadium have ‘Fast Track’ entry for customers who cannot stand and queue to enter?
There is an accessible gate at each entrance where customers who require extra assistance can enter. This is operational from public gates open time which will be indicated on your ticket.
Can customers bring specific Medication/food/water due to their disability/dietary requirements?
