How far in advance can we book?
Up to 3 months in advance.

Am I able to take young children on the tour?
Yes, under 5s go free on stadium tours (this exemption does not apply to Santa Tours), all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

I have booked a date but need to move it to another date.  Can this be done?
It may be possible to re-schedule pre-booked tours. Please email customercare@wru.wales for further assistance or telephone our Supporter Services team on 02920 822432.

Is there a booking fee?
There is no booking fee.

Will we see any players on tour?
As a rule, no. Although sometimes during the week leading up to a home match the national team will train at the stadium, there is no guarantee that you will see any players.

Do tours run all year or just in season time?

Tours run throughout the year, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, match/event days or days leading up to match/event days. Full availability will appear on our website.

Is there anywhere to leave luggage or bags?
There is nowhere to leave your luggage or bags. You are responsible for all your baggage at all times.

Is there anywhere for us to eat within the stadium?
There are currently no public café or restaurant facilities available at the stadium but there are many nearby.
