How many tickets can I list for sale?

There is no limit on how many tickets you can list for sale.

How do I list a ticket for sale?

Once you have set up your account on the WRU Supporter Exchange you can click to Sell Tickets. Please then choose the event you are selling tickets for and enter the Block (Area), Row and Seat details. Once you have added the first ticket you can continue to list consecutive tickets in the same row, or you can complete the listing and start a new one.

Can I edit my listings once they are live?

Once your listing is live you can edit the price on the live tickets page under My Account. On this page you can edit the price of each listing by pressing the price per ticket box. Alternatively, click the edit button next to the bin icon. Remember to click Save once edits have been made.

Can I pause my Listing?

Yes, you can remove your tickets from the platform temporarily by clicking the toggle button right of the value box. When the toggle button is grey it means your listing is removed but not deleted, this means you can relist it when ready to sell.

Can I delete my Listing?

Please click the rubbish bin icon to the right of the live toggle – this will remove the listing from the platform completely.

How do I return my tickets for distribution?

Once your sale has been successful you will need to send the tickets via the Principality Stadium App back to the WRU with the number provided in your confirmation email. For more information click here

I do not have a smart phone, can I still list my tickets for sale?

If you do not have access to a smart phone and have agreed other means of receiving your tickets with the WRU ticket office, you can still list your tickets for sale and the WRU will distribute these for you however you will need a mobile phone to set up your account and complete verification. 

Can I list tickets for sale if I haven't received them yet?

Yes, you can list the tickets for sale before receiving them in to your Tixserve App. 

Can I list a concession ticket?

Yes, the class of the ticket will be displayed in the ticket information so that buyers know they are purchasing a concession ticket.

I bought tickets through a club, can I sell these?

Unfortunately, only the original purchaser of the tickets can list on Seat Unique, therefore only the club will be able to list tickets for sale. 

How long before a match can I list tickets for sale?

Tickets can be sold up until 48 hours before the fixture, if your ticket has not sold within this time then it will be removed from the platform.
