How do I buy tickets on the WRU Supporter Exchange Platform?
Please go to the Seat Unique platform and set up an account.
How do I receive the tickets?
Please make sure your mobile number is the same as you will use to download the Principality Stadium Ticketing App.
When will I receive my tickets?
We aim to distribute tickets within 48 hours of receiving them from the seller. If you have not received the tickets by 24 hours before the fixture, please contact the WRU.
If the tickets have not been distributed by the WRU then as soon as the seller receives their tickets they have 48 hours to return tickets.
Can I transfer the tickets once received?
Yes, you can transfer these to whoever you are attending the fixture with.
