verification should be instant, please make sure you check your junk/spam mail
folders for the verification email. Please remember to check that your email
address is the same as on your e-ticketing account.
Please know you will only be able to list tickets once you have clicked 'confirm' on the verification email.
Once you have purchased tickets through the WRU you should be able to list tickets instantly. If your tickets are not verified, please check that you are using the same email address as used to purchase the tickets. Please make sure your tickets are full price and you are not attempting to list complimentary or accessible tickets.
My account cannot be verified why is this?
If you receive complimentary tickets from the WRU, if you are an affiliate or receive a complimentary ticket, you will not be able to list on WRU Official Supporter Exchange as complimentary tickets cannot be sold for profit.
Why am I not receiving the verification text to my mobile?
Make sure that your mobile number is correct on your account and is the same as on your e-ticketing account.
My Password isn't Recognised?
Please know if you
attempt to log in with an incorrect password more than twice then
your account will be locked and this will require manual unlocking with Seat
Unique. If you incorrectly enter the wrong password twice, try to reset your
password before entering again to prevent being locked out.
