Account verification should be
instant, please make sure you check your junk / spam mail folders for the
verification email. Please remember to check that your email address is the
same as on your e-ticketing account.
Once you have purchased tickets
through the WRU you should be able to list tickets instantly. If your tickets
are not verified, please check that you are using the same email address as
used to purchase the tickets. Please make sure your tickets are full price and
you are not attempting to list complimentary or accessible tickets.
My account cannot be verified why is this?
If you receive complimentary
tickets from the WRU, if you are an affiliate or receive a complimentary ticket, you will not be able to list on Seat Unique. As complimentary tickets
can not be sold for profit.
Why am I not receiving the verification text to my mobile?
Make sure that your mobile number
is correct on your account and is the same as on your e-ticketing account.
