2024 Autumn Nations Series - Accessible Ticketing Information

Principality Stadium Makes Access More Inclusive with Nimbus Disability's Access Card.

We are delighted to announce we are now working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card technology in order to make ticketing and access to the stadium more inclusive for supporters with accessibility requirements. More information can be found here.

Will I need an Access Card or a Principality Stadium Access Registration to book accessible tickets for 2024 Autumn Nations Series?

Yes, a valid Access Card will be required to book accessible tickets to events at Principality Stadium. You can apply for your free access card by clicking here.

How can I apply for a Principality Stadium Access Registration?

To apply for your Access Card, please click here.

I am already an Access Card Holder, how can I link my card?

To link your current full Access Card, please click here. Please note you will only be able to link a Access Card. Access Registrations issued by other venues or ticketing providers cannot be used.

To link your Access Card you will need your current registration number. This is typically 6 digits and can be found in your confirmation email. If you’ve had your Access Card for some time, this may be 3, 4, or 5 digits. Older cards may have a #P, #T or #V prefix – please DO NOT put this into this field, please put the numbers only.

Please also ensure you submit details as they appear on your card, especially your name, for example Jonathan not Jon or Thompson-Wright not Thompson Wright.

What is the difference between Access Card and a Principality Stadium Access Registration?

An Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirement with organisations and ticketing systems in the UK and beyond. You can purchase and Access Card for £15 for 3 years.

A Principality Stadium Access Registration is a free way of conveying your access requirements, locked to the Principality Stadium. You still go through the same process, but receive a digital number and no card. It lasts for 3 years and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point.

Why is the process changing and how does this benefit me?

Book your tickets online: Once your Access Card is active, you can browse upcoming events at Principality Stadium and seamlessly book accessible tickets directly through the Principality Stadium e-ticketing site.

Faster and easier booking: No more need to contact our team separately for accessible bookings. The online platform offers clear options and real-time availability.

No longer need to carry supporting documents: The system offers greater privacy, as disabled people with access requirements will no longer need to carry supporting documents or explain circumstances to staff. You’ll only need to supply information once to the Access Card team, who can then issue you with your card.

Our commitment to accessibility remains unchanged. Our friendly team is still here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance. For further support, please email customercare@wru.wales.
