To purchase accessible tickets via our website, please make
sure you are signed in to the account you have set up in connection with your
access card.
Once logged in, please go to the game you wish to purchase
tickets for. Make sure you switch the accessible toggle to on so you can view
the tickets that are applicable to your needs.
The available tickets will be displayed as green, you must
click the wheelchair bay before you are able to select a carer ticket.
You will then be provided of the option to select your
ticket type. Once you have selected either adult or child, please add to
basket.
Once it has been added the basket icon in the top right hand
corner will display as 1 item. You must press Back in the top left corner to
return to select the carer ticket.
You will then be able to select the carer ticket which will
now display as green.
You will then need to add the customer type as wheelchair
companion and continue to add to basket.
To continue to basket and complete payment select the basket
icon in the top right hand corner.
You can then check the items in your basket and proceed to
checkout.
