Refund Information

Important: Refund requests will need to be submitted before Thursday 27th August using the online form provided via email.

 ·       Within the email that was sent to the original purchaser's email address, please select the 'SUBMIT                   YOUR INTENT' option.

·       Use the online form to select 'Receive a refund of my ticket value to the payment card used to purchase          the tickets'.

·       A confirmation screen will be shown and no further action is required.

·       Refunds will begin to be processed by the our Ticket Office shortly after the above application deadline          and due to staff working remotely in line with government guidelines, please allow up to 6 weeks for                refunds to be processed.

·       For purchases made by debit or credit card, a refund will be processed to the original payment card                used to complete the booking. If this is not possible for any reason such as your payment card having              expired, you will be contacted by a member of the Cardiff Blues Ticket Office to arrange a refund by bank transfer.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds will begin to be processed by the Cardiff Blues Ticket Office shortly after the above application deadline and due to staff working remotely in line with government guidelines, please allow up to 6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

I purchased as part of a group booking, how will I be refunded?

Group bookings will be refunded directly back to the original purchaser. Please note that refund requests can only be accepted from the original purchaser.

Will I be refunded booking fees / postage?

You will be refunded the face value amount of your transaction.  Booking and postage fees are not able to be refunded as these services will have already been utilised by supporters during the original transaction.

Do I need to return my tickets to be refunded?

No, refunds will automatically be processed and tickets do not need to be returned.

How do I receive a refund for tickets purchased by cash or cheque?

You will need to apply for a refund using the online form, where you will be required to provide details to be refunded by bank transfer. Once you have submitted this information, we will aim to process all refunds within 6 weeks.

 How long do I have to choose from the available options?

 What happens if I miss the deadline?

If no action is taken by supporters then the ticket value will be recognised as an assumed donation to support the continued development of Welsh Rugby at all levels.

Season Pass Information

Season pass purchasers who choose the refund option will be refunded 1/3 of the value they paid (excluding any booking & delivery fees).
