Account Credit FAQs
How much will my account credit be?
Your account will be credited with the full face value of your tickets and will not include any booking or delivery fees paid.
When will my account be credited?
Accounts will not be credited immediately but once this has been processed, you will be notified via email.
How can I use my account credit?
Account credit can be used against future purchases on the WRU's e-ticketing website only. If your original purchase was made from the WRU and you opt for account credit, this cannot be used to make a purchase on one of the Region's ticketing websites.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
If no action is taken by Friday 21st August, your WRU ticketing
account will automatically be credited with the ticket value.
Do I need to return my tickets?
No, account credits will automatically be processed and tickets do not need to be returned.
