Please note that the below information regarding ticket delivery only applies to tickets purchased from the WRU Official Online Ticket Office. If you have a question regarding the delivery of your tickets having booked with a ticket agent such as Ticketmaster or See Tickets, you will need to contact them for an update regarding the delivery of your tickets.
Please check your booking confirmation or online account to confirm if you have opted to receive your tickets by post or email using the 'Print at Home option'. If you have chosen to receive your tickets via email to be printed at home, full information can be found by clicking here
Tickets are printed and dispatched over a number of weeks as there is often a very high number of tickets to be processed. Please allow as much time as possible to receive your tickets if you have chose to receive them by post. The latest that tickets will be received by post is 3 weeks prior to the event that you have booked.
