We will automatically cancel your ticket and
refund the amount that you have paid for your tour to the debit/credit card
used to make the original purchase. We will do this within 30 days of the date that
the announcement is made by the WRU. You are not required to contact us to
receive a refund. Please note that the refund will take longer than 30
days if the card used to purchase your tour is no longer in date.
