Account Credit FAQs

How much will my account credit be?

Your account will be credited with the full face value of your tickets and will not include any booking or delivery fees paid.

When will my account be credited?

All supporters that applied for account credit have now had their ticket value applied to their WRU e-ticketing account. 

How can I view my account credit?

You are able to view this credit in your account by following the below steps:

  • Visit the WRU e-ticketing website by clicking here
  • Login using your registered email address and password
  • Once logged in, your account balance will display as shown below

How can I use my account credit?

Account credit can be used against future purchases on the WRU's e-ticketing website only. If your original purchase was made from the WRU and you opt for account credit, this cannot be used to make a purchase on one of the Region's ticketing websites.
