Introduction to Digital Ticketing

The Autumn Nations Series 2021 will see the introduction of digital ticketing and the launch of the Principality Stadium Ticketing app. The app will allow the easy transfer of tickets enabling effective track and trace as well as reducing the risk of transmission by cutting out the handling of traditional paper tickets.

Tickets for the Autumn Nations Series 2021 will be delivered digitally using the Principality Stadium Ticketing app, supporting the measures that it is anticipated that will be required in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. On completing your purchase for your seat(s), an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address but please note that we anticipate digital tickets will not be distributed until mid-August at the earliest.

Tickets can be transferred from app to app meaning that it is a quick and easy process to ensure that the end user has been allocated a digital ticket permitting entry to Principality Stadium.

Downloading the App

Having purchased your tickets, the Principality Stadium Ticketing app is now available to download by clicking here. Alternatively, you can search for ‘Principality Stadium Ticketing’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play store depending on the type of smart device that you own. Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to register using your name, mobile number and email address and no further action is required as you will receive a notification once your ticket(s) are available within your app (no earlier than mid-August).
