What if I test positive before the game, will I be refunded?

If you are required to isolate on the day of the fixture that you are due to attend due to testing positive for Covid-19, a refund of the face value amount will be processed within 30 days once proof of a positive test has been provided by email to customercare@wru.wales. Please note that the refund will take longer than 30 days if the card used to purchase your ticket(s) is no longer in date. For further information please visit our terms and conditions.

What happens if I am legally prohibited from attending due to Government regulations and/or public health advise in my local area?

If you are legally prohibited from attending due to Government regulations in your area, a refund will be processed within 30 days once the relevant proof has been provided by email to customercare@wru.wales. I am feeling unwell within the week before the game, I have not been tested, should I still attend? If not, will I be refunded?

Please ensure you follow Government guidance regarding testing.

If I change my mind and no longer wish to attend due to Covid-19 risks, will I be refunded?

A refund of the face value amount will only be offered following proof of a positive test meaning you are required to be in isolation on the day of the fixture, fixture postponement or cancellation. Please see our terms and conditions for further information by clicking here.

 


If I change my mind and no longer wish to attend due to Covid-19 risks, can I sell my ticket?

Tickets are able to be transferred at no more than the face value originally paid in line with the WRU Ticket Terms and Conditions which can be found by clicking here.
