What happens if the game is cancelled or moved behind closed doors?

We will automatically cancel your Ticket and refund the amount you have paid for your Ticket(s) (up to a maximum of the face value of the Ticket(s)) to the debit/credit card you used to make the original Ticket(s) purchase. We will do this within 30 days of the date on which the announcement is made by the WRU that the Event is cancelled or will be played behind closed doors without spectators present. You are not required to contact us to receive a refund.  Please note that the refund will take longer than 30 days if the card used to purchase your ticket(s) is no longer in date.


I have a Hospitality booking, what will happen if the game is cancelled or moved behind closed doors?

If it is established that a fixture needs to be cancelled resulting in ticket orders not being fulfilled, PSE will cancel all orders made at that time. All purchases made directly with PSE will be refunded the full amount within 30 days to the original card used at the point of purchase (provided that the card remains valid), or kept on account as a credit.

What happens if the opponent is changed and I no longer wish to attend?

If there is a change in opponent due to the Covid-19 pandemic and you no longer wish to attend, a refund of the face value amount will be processed within 30 days of your written request. Please note that the refund will take longer than 30 days if the card used to purchase your ticket(s) is no longer in date. For further information please visit our terms and conditions.

 

 

If I can no longer attend the event due to cancellation, restricted crowds, postponement or any other reason, what can I do to claim back any travel/accommodation costs booked separately through third parties?

If you are no longer able to attend the event for any reason and wish to amend any travel or accommodation booked through a third party provider please contact them directly; they may be able to rearrange or reimburse you depending on their booking terms and conditions. You could also speak with your insurance provider.

How much notice will be provided if the fixture is to be cancelled or postponed?

In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. Any such announcement will be made via our website, social media channels and by email.
